90-Day Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing a Resonator glow disc charger. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following limited warranty:

Warranty Coverage:
We warrant this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

What We Will Do:
If a defect arises during the warranty period and is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option:

Repair the defective product, or
-
Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
What Is Not Covered:
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or fading).

Damage caused by use with non-approved power supplies or accessories.
-
Consumable parts, including batteries.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To request warranty service:

Contact us through our contact page or email support@resonatordiscgolf.com.

Provide proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or order number).

Follow instructions for returning the product, if requested.
Shipping Costs:
If warranty service is required, we will purchase and email a return shipping label to the customer to use for sending the product back to us.

If, after inspection, it is determined that the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product and cover the shipping cost to return it to the customer.

If it is determined that the defect is not covered by warranty, we will contact the customer to determine a path forward (such as repair, replacement, or return). In which case, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If a mutually agreed-upon solution cannot be reached, we will issue a refund for the returned product less all shipping costs and a 50% restocking/damage fee.

Limitations:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction:
This warranty applies to customers located within the United States only. All international sales are sold as-is and are final, with no warranty, return, or refund offered.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.

This warranty is effective 7/7/2025
