Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Resonator Disc! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped via whichever shipping service live rates are selected at checkout.

  • If there are any issues with the selected shipping service, an equivalent service will be used.

  • If there is a cost discrepancy beyond $1, a partial refund will be issued for the difference.

  • NOTE: Only USPS was used in the first year (2024). I analyzed how incredibly unreliable they were. 

    • 56% of shipments were late.​

    • 10% were over 2 weeks late.

    • 3% were lost.

  • After analyzing and quantifying the ineptitude of the USPS, I have expanded the shipping options to include FedEx Ground and Air, as well as UPS Ground and Air. 

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

  • If a shipment is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or missing required information, the order will be cancelled and refunded upon return, less the cost of shipping.

  • Returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Limited Warranty policy

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Resonator Disc Golf LLC and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of California & The United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, CA.
